SmartWick is licensed, not sold, for use only under Apple’s Standard End User License Agreement (EULA), together with the terms below.

• SmartWick is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. It helps prevent your Mac from sleeping but does not guarantee any particular power, display, or sleep behavior, which remain controlled by macOS.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, Totapuri Labs is not liable for any loss or damage arising from use of the app.
• You agree to use SmartWick in compliance with applicable laws.
• These terms may be updated; the current version is always posted on this page.
