How do I keep my Mac awake?
Click the flame in your menu bar, pick a duration, and flip the toggle on. Your Mac stays awake until the timer ends or you turn it off.
Can it stay awake for a meeting?
Yes. Turn on the calendar trigger and grant Calendar access; SmartWick can stay lit for the length of a meeting and end when it’s over.
Will it drain my battery overnight?
No. SmartWick automatically ends a session when your battery runs low, so it won’t keep your Mac awake until it dies.
Does SmartWick collect my data?
Never. It runs entirely on your Mac with no network connection. See the Privacy Policy.
How do I remove it?
Quit SmartWick from the menu, then drag the app to the Trash. All local settings are removed with it.
